You can import clients and projects from HoneyBook, Dubsado, Pixieset, Pic-Time or a spreadsheet. Most studios are up and running in an afternoon.

  1. Import your clients and projects

Export from your old tool, then upload the file in Settings › Data & export › Import. Anything that couldn’t come over is listed so you can add it by hand.

  2. Add your services first

Your packages, payment plans and to-dos drive everything else, so start in Services.

  3. Make your templates

Start from a sample contract, invoice, guide or questionnaire in Files & templates and change the words. Samples already use your studio name and words.

  4. Add active clients

Add the clients you’re working with now as contacts, then create a project for each one so their dates, files and payments live together.

  5. Publish your contact form

Put it on your website so new inquiries arrive in Cadespace from day one.

Tip: Keep your old tool open for past clients until their projects wrap up. New work can start in Cadespace right away.
