Every client has a portal in your brand. It shows their next step, files to read or answer, payments and what’s coming up. Clients don’t need a password.
How clients sign in
Clients enter their email on your portal page and get a sign-in link, or you copy a link for them from their contact.
Preview what they see
Use Preview on a contact, or Preview as client on a project, to see their portal exactly as they do.
Make it look like you
Change the portal’s colors and fonts in Settings › Client portal.
Tip: Clients answer questionnaires and choose packages right in the portal, and their answers save as they type.
