Getting paid
Clients pay by card or bank transfer through Stripe, straight to your own bank. Each payment has a processing fee of 2.9% + 30¢ for cards, or 0.8% (up to $5) for bank transfers.

- What happens when my trial ends?
- Your free trial lasts 7 days. Add a card to keep going. If you don’t, your workspace becomes read-only until you do, and nothing is deleted.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. After you cancel, your workspace stays read-only for 90 days so you can look back at everything.
- Can I bring my data from another tool?
- Yes. Import your contacts and projects from HoneyBook, Dubsado, Pixieset, Pic-Time or a spreadsheet in Settings › Data & export, and the setup guide walks you through the rest.
