Invoices and getting paidInvoices and getting paid

4 min read · Updated October 2026

Invoices follow your package’s payment plan, and clients pay from a private link. Payments go through Stripe, straight to your own bank.

  1. Set up payments

In Settings › Bank details, add your business and bank details. Stripe checks them, and then online payments turn on. Choose card, bank transfer or both in Settings › Client payment methods.

  2. Send an invoice

Choose New invoice, pick an invoice template, then send it to your client like any other file.

  3. Track what’s due

Invoices shows what’s outstanding, overdue and paid. Open an invoice to see its schedule.

  4. Send a reminder or mark as paid

Send a friendly reminder (up to one a day), or mark a payment as paid when a client pays another way.

Tip: Each online payment has Stripe’s processing fee: 2.9% + 30¢ for cards, or 0.8% (up to $5) for bank transfers.
